2) Eligibility for Refunds

    1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
    2. Less than 50% of purchased credits must have been used
    3. Refunds are only available for credit package purchases, not for individual credit usage
    4. Promotional or free credits are not eligible for refunds

    2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
    3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

4) Processing Time

    Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

5) Non-Refundable Items

  1. Used credits: Credits that have been consumed for image generation cannot be refunded
  2. Promotional credits: Free or bonus credits provided as part of promotions
  3. Account termination: If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  4. Change of mind: Refunds are not provided for change of mind after credit usage begins
